Our business is brand new! Which means we are still in the prototyping process of DroolyBibs.

We are also happy to discuss other return/refund options based on any issues with your product.
How long does my order take to ship?
It will take us 2-4 days to process your order before shipment. If there is a delay, we will contact you to discuss options.
Each order is different depending where the shipment is going, but it usually takes 5-10 days to arrive after the order has shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not yet! Stay tuned for international shipping outside of the US.
What is your return policy?
Items in their original packaging with no damages can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is returned in perfect condition, we will issue a refund and a 15% off coupon for future purchases.
